This session deepens the fundamentals of the TRU Core Method by introducing complexity and challenging the body's central axis. Instructor Alicia Gilbert guides you through neurosomatic deep rest (NSDR) and extensive foam rolling to release the fascia across the back, shoulders, and glutes. The class concludes with targeted footwork using a ball or foot bar and a restorative wall roll-down to leave you feeling elongated, aligned, and deeply connected to your core.
