Meet Alicia
I am a retired professional dancer, fascia educator, Pilates teacher, corrective exercise practitioner, and movement medicine guide. After six years of serious illness, including mold toxicity and long-haul COVID, I had to rebuild my own body and life from the ground up. The TRU Center Method came out of that rebuilding.
