This session builds upon foundational core concepts by emphasizing the crucial connection between your feet and your central axis. The class begins with an extensive foot protocol, including rolling and "toe wrestling," to stimulate nerve endings and activate the posterior chain. From there, you will practice spinal articulation against a wall and learn "The Big Six" lymphatic drainage sequence to clear inflammation and boost energy. Finally, the workout transitions to the mat for breathwork, rolling like a ball, and prone back extensions to reinforce core stability and spinal mobility.
