TRU Core Class 12: Restorative Alignment and Deep Core Activation

Join instructor Alicia Gilbert for a restorative class designed to help you ease back into your wellness routine. The session begins with guided visualization and foam roller work to help you find and engage your true core along the interior of the spine. Throughout the class, you will use a small Pilates ball and bodyweight exercises like deep abdominal scoops, nerve flossing, and reverse camel to open the low back without bracing. By focusing on your central axis, you will learn to initiate movement from a place of deep alignment and balance.
