3. Accounts and Access
Some portions of the site require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting forms.
4. Memberships and Billing
Memberships, billing, and recurring charges are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with the billing terms presented at checkout or through the billing portal. Prices, membership structure, and features may change from time to time.
5. Private Coaching and Premium Services
Private coaching, discovery calls, and VIP offerings may require a separate application, consultation, or approval process. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee private-coaching availability.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, videos, class materials, trademarks, branding, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to TRU Center Wellness / TRU Core Method and Alicia Gilbert. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.
